FAQ
How long will my photography session be?
Depending on the dynamics of your family photo session and how big a gallery you would hope to receive it could be as little as 45mins or in the case of bigger families and Newborn sessions 1-2 hours.
How do I choose my photos?
When your gallery is ready to view you will be sent a link via email to your password protected gallery. A full gallery includes 40+ images from which you choose your 25. If you love them all then you can upgrade to receive the full gallery for a one off payment.
How many people are included in the price?
For Maternity, Newborn, Motherhood and Family Sessions prices include parents and all of their children.
Grandparent sessions includes one set of grandparents and up to 4 grandchildren. Extra grandchildren at £20 per child.
Generation sessions up to 20 people. Extra people £20pp.
What should I wear?
I encourage you to show your personality and style in your outfits! This goes for adults and children alike. I do recommend sticking to earth tones or bold colours rather than neon or bright pastels and large prints because they translate differently with my editing style. Contact me if you would like help choosing your outfits for your session.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive a password protected online gallery link 3 weeks after your session. Online galleries are available for a month before they are archived.
When is payment due?
I require a non-refundable £100 deposit to confirm your booking with the remainder due up until the day prior to your session. Sessions will not go ahead unless the final payment has been made.
Can I change or cancel my date?
I will happily move your date once before a £20 admin fee is required. Cancellations will forfeit the deposit, any other payments will be refunded.
What about bad weather?
I understand that British weather can be so changeable. I keep a close eye on the weather forecast leading up to the day of your session and will only reschedule on the day if very bad weather is expected. In the case of families with newborns or very small children light rain/bad weather would be enough to plan a reschedual.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers must be redeemed and the photography session take place within the date on the voucher. The expiry date is visible on the voucher. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Vouchers can not be used against mini or themed sessions. Vouchers can only be used for Family, Maternity, Motherhood or Newborn Photography Sessions, the terms for which can be found within the terms of service. Vouchers may be used for other photography services but only at the discretion of the photographer. Voucher redeemed sessions are subject to availability.
