Do you get so caught up in taking snaps of your family that you forget to not only be in the photo but be in the moment enjoying the experience too? I myself have been totally guilty of this in the past. In fact, the first year I took my little one to the sunflowers I was so preoccupied taking photos of her and not being present that the following year when we went again I made the conscious effort to jump in the frame and then put the camera away to enjoy the rest of our time there.

This year why not put down the phone and be present in the moment, safe in the knowledge that your glorious evening among the flowers playing with your loved ones is safely documented for you to treasure.

No forced smiles, no stiff poses, just fun.

Photo's don't have to be a chore. I'll lead you to the best spots, give you a few games to play with your family and me and the camera will take care of the rest. Then after 25mins you can disappear into the flowers to select the perfect blooms to take home.

Hundreds of people are drawn each Summer to this gorgeous field on Hayling Island to bask in the beauty of these flowers, feel closer to nature, enjoy time with their family and of course get their snaps. I can't blame them either Sunflowers make the perfect backdrop for family photos which is why this year I am offering mini sessions again.
